So dang cute. I didn't know I needed a wholesome neighbor from hell YA novel. Sebastian and Mikey are just too adorable, and I would kill for a love and friendship like that. I can't wait for the rest of this new spin-off series. I need a Cole and Chloe story asap, and I would love for more of a romance between Sebastian and Mikey. Every time he would hold her melted my heart. The characters and the humor are absolutely the number one reason why these books are so amazing. The Bradfords are truly unique. I just ate this up. I cannot recommend this series highly enough, and this YA addition was wonderful.
