★Review★

This was so much more than I thought it would be.

I thought it would be a funny lighthearted enemies to lover read but it offered so much more.

It was hilariously funny, but the hero and heroine were both struggling with their pasts, and their hurts. The hero especially was more than the first impression gave you. 

But it was also chock full of emotion and a depth that was unexpected. 

Overall I loved the hero and heroine, loved the secondary characters, and it was a great funny romance that packed more of an emotional punch than you would expect.

Road tripped by Nicole. Is the first book in the ad agency series and is a five star read. I loved this book, it takes you through every emotion from laughing out loud to heartbreak. 
I love this authors style, she writes romance that is offbeat and quirky, there is a song link at the start of each chapter so you have a ready made soundtrack to listen to as you read. I loved this- the songs were perfect for the story. It is hard to believe that this is her debut novel.
Callie is working at a friends ad agency and he signs her up to go on a road trip campaign with a co worker she hates. Walker hates his job but stays as a favour for a friend. So the two are stuck together in the close confines of an RV. 
This book is lots of fun with just the right amount of angst thrown in, the dialogue is great, really snappy and smooth. Callie is perfectly sarcastic and has very little filter when she opens her mouth. Walker is a good guy who is at a crossroads in his life and doesn't like where he is, he knows what he wants but can't get there. 
The story is not at all predictable and neither are the characters, they are witty and well developed and lots of fun. 
I loved this book and can't wait to read more from this author, this is what rom com should be.
