Granted it's not easy to summarize stories, this series managed to pack the essence of key bible stories into simple board book pages. The illustrations were bright, colourful and cute. However, I gave it a meh rating because of the inaccuracies in each book. 

For example, Adam and Eve ate from the Tree of Good and Evil, not an apple. While children may not understand it now, I believe it is better to keep to the facts rather than "dumb" it down for the children. Also, the book states Noah built the ark in months when it took years.
