Honestly this rating still feels too kind for how much I despised this book. The characters how was I supposed to like them when they were emotionally cheating for most of the book? There were also way too many tropes in this book and it did not help. I was hoping for a cute second chance romance summer read. Instead I got a book that sounded just like the co-op (which now I say is an insult and I didn’t like that book that much either), then we’re emotionally cheating for the first half of the book while also being friends with the girl. Then we move into part two which made no freaking sense and then she would an emotional mess not trusting that he would stay loyal to her, and I wonder freaking why. Like how was there this much happening in this book? I’m convinced that anyone said they liked it are lying or read a completely different book than me. I got to the point that I was rage reading and was wondering if it could get worse. But yeah, not for me. But if anyone wants to read it either be prepared to hate it or like it… I guess. I don’t know this is all just my opinion from my reading experience.

The story has so much potential it was undeniably good however i didn't like that they emotionally cheated on Jade. The only good part to me is their backstory and the ending that's all.

Nasasayangan ako kase i would've been a 4 but the characters are frustrating sometimes, the lack of assurance that made Amelia constantly jealous, Justin drinking Amelia's pumped breast milk:// (just wtf?). The characters are unlovable but are somehow relatable if that make sense T_T

With just finishing this book, there is still so much going on in my heart/head! For me, this is one of those books that you'll devour in one sitting or you will feel like you're being tortured while you wait to read again. 

Penelope did a good job in my opinion with making you feel every moment along with the characters. 

It's a gripping, angsty, spicy and emotional read that tells the story of two childhood friends, Amelia and Justin, that were best friends growing up, both from dysfunctional homes and without saying goodbye, Amelia moves away. Now a decade later, they both inherit a house that means alot to both of them and they have to co-exist. In the mix of learning to live together, so much happens and you'll just have to read to find out!

           this book was not what i expected at all and the cover did it absolutely no justice. it was so CUTE and although i usually hate pregnancy tropes, i loved this and the found-family-feels it gave me. justin and bea’s relationship was everything and now i want a novella of justin and amelia being parents pls and ty

This book was one of the most wholesome steamy books I’ve read. One of my favorite tropes is the we used to be best friends but then had a falling out then fell in love years later. You can tell that The character development and relationships are well thought out and built just right for the story. I loved this book.

This was a BEAutiful book that I would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for hot but with a plot. 🔙See what I did there🐝🐝.

ohmygod this is about the cutest book ever. idc what anyone says childhood best friends to enemies to lovers is the superior trope. justin and amelia melted my heart, ugh this was so freaking cute i can’t. and bea and justin, i’m sobbing.

The only time it was interesting to me was when either of the two mains were interacting with Bea. Other than that, it was either boring or repetitive.

Ahh this book was so fucking cute!! I actually cried at the end because I couldn’t handle it. This was my first book from this author and I will definitely be getting through their backlist now! 

I could feel the connection between Justin and Amelia right from the start. From the moment that they saw each other again after many years apart there was so much sexual tension and so many feels. I loved Justin, even when he was being a dick🤣 He loved Amelia so much, despite trying to hate her. I couldn’t cope with how cute Justin was with Bea. I knew he would be amazing with her. One word: Bumblebee🥺

This book had so much angst but so much cuteness! Disclaimer, Justin does have a girlfriend in the beginning but there is no love-triangle or cheating. So don’t let that put you off. I loved every minute of this book, even when I hated it! 

Also, the spice is so good!🥵

I am not a fan of forbidden love, but this one was one is a great story! Love how they manage to go back together after those things that happened. It was kinda heavy for me because I was expecting some butterflies HAHAHA but this is a great story. 1st story that I've read on the 1st day of October.
