it started off so well, i mean the plot and premise was original. and then the author decided to make it the most boring, unseasoned, piece of romantic literature ever. i mean why create a problem to then solve it by creating a time jump of * 

 * and not acknowledging the problem at all?? 

killian was not great, and its pretty hard to mess up a billionaire ceo / single dad. clodagh was meh, and teagen was a treat-ish. 

not that impressed really. the way the chemistry between clodagh and killian was written was so bland. and the grovelling is probably the worst thing i've read.
