The residents of a small South Carolina town look on with interest and delight when John Dodge, a man who specializes in fixing up businesses on the brink of disaster, takes over an odd little pen shop in Lambert Square and sets his sights on Julia Darrow, the very self-contained, pajama wearing owner of Cocoon, a luxury linen store.
