           This is annoying. The main character wins hundreds of millions of dollars and shes whining about it. And the love interest is an ass that because he got hurt when he was young he's hole job is to fuck woman than film tham (Illegal by the way) and that's he's hole god damm personality. And there are so many ted flags it's not funny. The only good thing about this book is the smut which is hot

I honestly don't know how I got through this book. It was more out of boredom and how cringy the male lead was. The intimate scenes were completely exaggerated, and the female lead was desperate. The storyline didn't pick up until the end, and I'm definitely not picking up the next one.

went into this w no expectations. i couldn’t take vaughn seriously at times 😭 but it was fun and the books are super short so i’ll probs read the whole series
