Picked up this book as a light read for a 2h flight, mostly because I was intrigued by the cover illustration and book title. I didn't know what the book was about, and certainly didn't expect an autobiography by a woman who led such an incredible roller coaster of a life. I was hooked from the first paragraph. (I ended up finishing this across 3 days, approx 2h of reading each time.)

I love the way the author writes - easy, unpretentious and really opens up your imagination. I have cried, laughed, sighed and enjoyed every minute of it. Couldn't recommend it more.

This was the most incredible read, I finished it in two days! Ruth is an incredible person and it is such an inspiring book for facing your fears and choosing to live.
