We'll miss you Gertie! A fitting end to a fantastically fun comic :) Glad Young ended it before it got wearisome. This was the perfect amount of Fairyland :D

While I might not be ready to leave Fairyland, Gertrude certainly is and she deserves to go home. Personally I think Skottie Young gave Gert and Larry a good send off but I know that might not be the case for everyone. I appreciated the finale having a great call back to each volume and the growth that has occurred. The devil storyline was really creative, allowing us to see into her past and relive certain encounters. There's no fluffing way I'm going to find another story similar but I will, like Gert, keep hope alive for returning.

I like this series a lot. It's an easy read and the artwork is stunning. I didn't realise this was the last one but it does wrap up somewhat satisfactorily. I am going to miss Gert though.
