I'm working my through the entire set but the books I have read so far are: Tuff Enough by Samantha A. Cole Jason, aka Tuff, is a bit of an adrenaline junkie but he also loves the peaceful little neighbourhood where he lives. He can decompress and come bac to something approaching normal after a hard assignment. But all that changes when Chet moves in next door. Chet rescues dogs and her latest charge really hates men. So when Jason offers to help desensitise him, she leaps at the chance to spend more time with him. But Chet has a dangerous enemy on the loose and Jason's peaceful time off is about to get less peaceful! Cute pooches, traumatic loss of friends and a crazy mama hellbent on matchmaking when she arrives on scene - brilliant read! Ravished River by Lindsay Cross Aaron loves his crazy family, even his interfering Nonni. And he has burgeoning feelings for Celine but a lapse in his judgement left her feeling used and discarded and then she was kidnapped. Aaron feels responsible and is determined to find her. Wherever in the world she is. Celine has been trying to keep Caroline's spirits up but they manage to leap from one fire into another. Even once she is back in the safety of the USA the danger continues. Her Guarded Hero by Caitlyn O’Leary Dalton still feels the loss of his young daughter at the hands of his late wife. He feels he should have been there more to ensure Reagan's safety. But fate has ore in store for Dalton. Whilst out in the wilds he comes across the lovely Aurora and her horse when someone takes pot shots at them. Aurora is an ace horsewoman but she surely lives in world of her own making. She doesn't want to believe that someone could hate her enough to want to hurt her. But with her investigation into a ring of abuse against horses, she may be closer to discovering the truth than she thought. Aurora and Dalton both need each other in ways they wouldn't expect. Each mends the others heart and soul. I loved that whilst they were quick to fall into bed, the relationship and their troubles extends over a longer period of time, giving them the opportunity to see life outside of their little lust filled bubble!
