Torn in Half

Torn in Half A Trident Security Novella: Book 8.5

Retired Navy SEAL and current private-security operative Ian Sawyer had never expected to have a child, much less a wife, but his beautiful Angie has changed all that. Her due date is only days away, and his anticipation outweighs his anxiety, thinking about holding his firstborn. But as he’s learned the hard way, life throws curveballs at the worst possible moment. A frantic phone call in the middle of the night is the beginning of Ian’s nightmare. He has to wake his brothers and teammates, leave his wife’s side, and fly halfway around the world to save the only other woman who could bring him to his knees—his mother. **Available for a limited time!

HMOG! This is may be novella length but this is no filler! Every word packs a punch and the drama and adrenaline just spikes at the right times. Great pacing and a wonderful introduction for Little Bit! Woen may have been giving birth since forever, those women were not Ian's woman! Poor Angie, she may have embraced the BDSM lifestyle with Ian but I don't think she realised just how over the top protective (read infuriatingly annoying) "Daddy Dom" would be LOL. But as B-day approaches, Ian, Devon and Nick are thrown by the kidnapping of their mother abroad. But can Ian really put aside his worry over Angie and be able to deal head on with the possible trauma of losing his mother? But the Sawyer men are hardly alone. They have many non biological brothers and sisters in arms, who will come at the drop of a hat to aid Marie. Ian and the TS boys just have to keep it together until they arrive. But danger isn't done with them yet, now Ian has to race across the world once more...but will he arrive in time? EEEEEP! I have been waiting on tenterhooks for Little Bit's arrival. And it was just as fraught as I knew it would be. No-one at Trident likes a lazy day and it looks like Peanut is just like daddy! I loved getting the band back together with Steele, BHS and of course T. Carter!! I've always been a proponent of family is more than biology, and these men and women embrace that ideology. It was a truly heartwrenching story, showing that no matter how Bad-ass, how Dom or how much of a warrior you are, vulnerability is always there, just better shielded than most. I will truly admit there was more than a tear of two!
