Free Fall An MMF Romance (The Wilde Boys #2)
Reviews

So much emotion and tension in this book.

Nash's story is full of heart-break and longing, and it will have you all in your feels! Ellis and Nash have a past that ended badly, but now Nash needs Ellis' help. Hanna is ready to escape her mother and heads straight to the private island where she spends time with Ellis and Nash. "These two people are my forever—all or none." The three are filled with so much explosive chemistry! The push and pull and the tension is completely electrifying. This throuple is officially my absolute favorite! They have my entire heart. Their emotional journey will stay with me forever.

“Living on Del Rey is like living in a fantasy. I want the two of you to be my life, not a dream.” Nash is broken, empty and filled with so much anger it’s overflowing. It’s hidden behind his legacy and the sea of work that he surrounds himself with. “Free Fall,” by Sara Cate is book two in the Wilde Boys Duet and is an MMF romance. I recommend starting with book one in the series to grapple the entire story surrounding Nash and his emotional turmoil. Ellis was the friend that Nash needed most, but he didn’t expect the emotional connection, along with the feelings that he fought for him. Hanna was healing and picking up the pieces of her inner self, along with her waning career. Del Rey became the place of escape for her - and with that, she found everything she ever needed. Ellis was the balm that both Nash and Hanna needed. Together they were explosive and it hurt to see how emotionally driven and scared they were to love, and to find peace. I loved the conclusion to this duet and it quickly became my favorite!

I have a LOT of feelings about this book. First of all if you haven’t read Gravity yet, I’d definitely check that out first. Although it could be read as a stand alone, you get a better understanding of Nash and the side characters by reading in order. This book definitely kept me guessing, up until the very end you aren’t sure who will end up with who and if there will even be a happy ending. This story was unique, I can honestly say I’ve never read another like it. My own struggles with this book came from some sexual scenes and the toxic nature of certain relationships. It often bordered on a line of abuse that didn’t sit right with me personally where I had to remind myself this was a work of fiction. Cate’s writing is beautiful, keeping the reader captive throughout and creating a world you wish you could visit. I liked seeing this different side of Nash and getting more inside his head especially after the ending of Gravity. Overall I enjoyed the new characters, the new story, and the chance to visit Del Rey again.
