Easily one of my favorite books in a while. 

First off, shout out to the MC for having such a cool name! This is the first book I’ve read where I’ve had the same name as a main character and I feel like the book resonated with me that much more because of it. 

Second, I’ve said it before and I’ll probably say it a hundred more times: I love a small beach town in New England setting. Being from New England, there’s just nothing that can beat that setting. 

Finally, this book was simply perfect for me. Alternating timelines, amazing MC’s, current events and history that all circle back to each other, plus that picture perfect setting, what more could you ask for? 

This one deserves a book hug. I almost shed a tear and I have never cried over a book before. 

I’ll be thinking about this one for a long time.
