Oscar Dunleavy is a generous, intelligent, optimistic kid who knows how to make the best apple tarts in the world. One day, he disappears and everyone assumes he has died. Only his best friend Meg and his younger brother Steve refuse to believe it. The two decide to look for him and find out what truly happened.
