I couldn't handle hearing about my defects because I couldn't accept them

When I see myself in a mirror and get upset about my body, I get angry and decide to do workout or go for run. But it shouldn't be that way. It should come from love. The acceptance and then the initiative to do better should come from my heart with love. With a smile. Not anger and frustration.

Exercise shouldn't be used as punishment for over/under eating. It should come from a place of love, not hate.

If you are depressed, you are living in the past. If you are anxious, your are living in the future. If you are at peace, you are living in the present.

Forgive yourself for not knowing better at that time. Forgive yourself for doing the best you could with what was available to you and move one. Doing the best you could is a major accomplishment 

Procrastination isn't laziness. It is a concious decision to avoid what we should be doing 

An abstract or unclear goal leads to procrastination 

Always give without remembering and always receive without forgetting
