4.5/5 So I really really enjoyed this! I really liked the way that this book tied in and connected to the characters for Leo Loves Aries. I also really did enjoy the plot of this book. It was very simple but I think it was executed really well. I also really enjoyed the characters we got to see in this book. While I did really enjoy the side characters and friendships I definitely like Percy and Cal’s relationship the most. I do think that it was a very typical and predictable hate to love, slow burn romance, but I still found myself absolutely falling in love with the characters and their stories! Overall, I did really enjoy this book! It was a super quick, fun read!

estoy completamente enamorada de este libro

Is Nemesizing a real word...?? That’s what Percy asks Cal ... If it means all the flirting and banter and absolute cluelessness about what they feel for each other, I’m all for it. This book was so much fun, with loads of sarcasm and a whole bunch of entertaining nosy neighbors. I definitely recommend to anyone who loves an enemies-to-lovers trope done well. You will surely enjoy this book!!!

How can this be so adorable? I liked it a bit better than the actual book? Wtf? Maybe because it was deliciously short and romantic as fuck.

3.75/5 “You’re the only person in the world with these curves and ridges”, Cal said. “I might know you by the feel of them.” “Please learn me very well, then?” It was a little bit slower than the first book, but I still enjoyed it quite a bit, which is why I've read it in a day. I loved that we had a different story. Often authors have a tendency to repeat their plot lines a lot in books like this and here I didn't notice much of that. I thought it was a different overall plot from the first one. Characters were rather adorable, although not as memorable as Theo and Jamie. But I liked that we had a lot of family dynamics again, and at the same time it was different and very great. Also the whole supportive neighborhood gave me a bit smile. I wish I had something like that. And the games they all played, making presents to each other. Very, very sweet. I loved that we explored personalities of minor characters as well. Not all of them, obviously, but people in here felt alive. I wish we explored grief a little bit more, but I guess it is too lighthearted book for such a topic. Also didn't notice them being nemeses much? Yes, they exchanged some sarcastic phrases, but were generally very helpful and nice to each other? I thought it would be a enemies to lovers plot, or at least frenemies, but it felt like "rather nice friends very badly pretending to be nemeses" to lovers. ;D But it didn't bug me that much, so I still enjoyed it quite a bit.

Anyta Sunday has developed a formula; two characters who are supposed nemeses which is usually down to a misunderstanding or trying to deny physical attraction, who then slowly become friends even though it's blatantly obvious that there is something more between them, and then proceed to have the slowest of slow burns until they just snap, have another misunderstanding, and eventually reach their happily ever after. Oh, and one of the MCs is gay and the other is bi/pan, and one of them has a penchant for something a little out of the ordinary. It's a formula that usually works though, as it did in the case of Scorpio Hates Virgo. The second in her Signs Of Love series, it introduces us to new characters whilst still linking them to characters from the first installment of the series. Yes, I was absolutely chanting for Percy and Cal to kiss because their tension was real and undeniable. It wasn't as much of a slow burn as I was expecting going off other reviews, but that didn't detract from my enjoyment of it. We have Percy, our gay protagonist who is struggling with the death of his closest family member and a recent break up, and Cal, a masters student who takes on a large portion of looking after his family due to closeted family events. Percy and Cal snark and snipe at each other at every opportunity they get, but it's obvious to the reader and everyone around the MCs that this is very thinly veiled flirting. Percy is all for selling his aunt's property, moving away, and starting over somewhere new, but something keeps delaying him from doing just that, and he just can't ignore what's in front of him any more. The only reason I didn't rate it five stars is because I thought the language was a little juvenile at times for characters in their 20s, and because I thought the reasoning behind them being 'nemeses' was a little bit iffy, but this is definitely a solid and enjoyable enemies to friends to lovers m/m entrant and I would definitely recommend it.
