While the first part was slow to get into—pretty sure this was more of a me thing—the story is very intriguing! The second chance romance hit me like a train without brakes. I can’t say much without spoiling, but trust me, it’s so worth it! And Theo motherf-ing Alvarez had me in a chokehold every single time he spoke Spanish!

“Te ves tan jodídamente hermosa cuando me suplicas.” (You look so f-ing beautiful when you beg me.)

My insides melted into a pile of goo. SeRaya knew what she was doing when she created Theo. But she also knew what she was doing with Sofia! I loved this fmc so much! I do wish we had gotten more of her revenge schemes, but what we got was still great.
