** spoiler alert ** It came with a playlist which is always a plus for me. This book makes you feel things that you've never quite known how to describe before. The aphrodisiac that Lily is trying to create follows the same journey as her budding something with the mysterious Radcliffe. My favourite scenes were the masquerade, because you feel like the room is spinning as you read, the opera scene, because Radcliffe is very much of the mindset that Lily is his and no-one else should look at or touch her but him (especially not the Carmin boy), although the cliff jump scene was a bit traumatic it was also a favourite, simply because Lily is so frustrated with Radcliffe and him getting cold feet constantly so she makes a mess, confronts Radcliffe, then declares that her past is her present and she will always be alone because who could ever love a witch and Radcliffe wars with himself over saving her because his mother died there when he was a boy and now the girl he can't get out of his mind is following the same path but this time he can do something so he follows her but asks his butler/security guy Hugo to take credit for it if she asks. All in all a great book but there times when I got frustrated with the characters because they weren't talking with eachother or because they were lying to themselves. Can't wait to read the sequel.
