Now this cliffhanger ending I remember. I've reached the home straight now. One final book to go and I cannot wait begin Burn. But first let's look at Shimmer.

Gaby was in a darker place in this one. She may have a whole lot more than she began with but she's struggling with the loss of Rafa and needing to rescue him. She's back in the home she doesn't remember with those who don't trust and yet Jude seems to have been welcomed back with open arms. It's easy to see why she's in her wallowing, self-pity jealousy streak. Thankfully, she never lets that get in the way of her and Jude's relationship otherwise u would have wanted to slap her. 

I loved seeing more of the sanctuary and the repair together even if they aren't a unit anymore. It was interesting to see that dynamic. I loved seeing the friendships and broken friendships and all of it. I also loved the revelations we got in this. The story progresses so well. I know all the answers are saved for the last book but Weston has it down as an art form trickling down just enough information to feel like your getting answers whilst basically telling you nothing. It's insane.
