Plans We Made

Plans We Made is just... sheer delight. Not in the sense that this is a happy book. Moreton's novel is a rumination on nostalgia. But it's just so beautifully illustrated. The images are stark and minimalist. Entire scenes are portrayed with a few simply lines and it is enthralling. I love seeing artistic experimentation like this, where so much is said with such simplicity.
