The first book I have ever read twice.

Again! My Expectations is too high for this romance. But this is actually better than Alex story. But overall it was awesome.

awesome book!!

The second book follows the first of Alex's younger brothers, Carlos, as he goes back to USA and settles down with his brother in Colorado due to his life in Mexico getting really messed up. Even though he isn't happy with neither the change nor his Brother's newest attitude, he ends up meeting Kiara at school, unaware of the fact that she and her not exactly traditional family will be Carlos' last possibility of a safe place to live in when some drugs are found in his locker one week after he landed in Colorado. And maybe more. I absolutely love both Carlos and Kiara: like every proper bad boy the middle Fuentes brother hides vulnerability and a messed up past, but when he loves it's total, which is why, as he says, he doesn't want to get emotionally involved. And he's good with jokes Kiara, on the other hand, is a proper golden girl with a gay bestfriend,an open minded family and a little problem: she shutters. She also likes hiking, cars and confy clothes. One of these known tales that alway gets to a reader's heart

After reading Perfect Chemistry with Alex and Brittney's story I was raring to sink my teeth into the next book. After getting half way through the book I had to tear myself away to endure a full day of school. It did not help that my best friend was dropping hints about the ending of this book and the full plot of Chain Reaction. Thankfully, she managed not to give away too much and she let me experience the magic myself. Somehow Elkeles manages to prove that who ever said that 'opposites don't attract' wrong. Elkeles managed to craft two amazingly unique characters and intertwine their live so perfectly that sometimes I have to wonder whether it was real or not. Yes, these books do have Perfect Chemistry all the way through. At some points I think that the will burst out in flames from my intense love of it and the desire that runs deep through its core. Carlos made me have some sort lunatic episode over the course of this book. At some points I wanted to rip my hair out from pure anticipation. And Kiara made me feel there's hope in every story. All I know is that the Fuentes brothers have captured my heart and are never letting go.

Reread it again today. A really quick reread that was exactly what I needed.

When I finished Perfect Chemistry I was so CRAZY to read this book, and then it took me forever to get to it. And then, when I actually started reading it, it took me months to finish it. Literally. Mostly because of a book slump. I wanted to say this would be the book that gets me out of my slump, but it's not THAT good. I liked it, but it was so corny and stereotypical and just... ugh. Life doesn't work the way this book seems to think it does. It's not so easy and boxed in. Sigh. It was interesting, though, and I did eventually finish it in a year where it's July and this is only novel number 2 finished. I don't have the love for it that I have for Perfect Chemistry, but I'm definitely excited to read Chain Reaction and finish up the series. EDIT EDIT EDIT! OR WAIT. I just looked and... is there going to be another book in this series? Ohhhhh man.

This is seriously one of my favourite books ever. I loved reading this so so much.

Thank you Simone for writing yet another fantastic story. Rules of Attraction, like Perfect Chemistry had me hooked from the first page. It the kind of story it flows perfectly and you actually forget everything around. Rules of Attraction focuses on Carlos and Kiara. They are both completey opposite of each that. Carlos is a bad boy who doesn't give a crap about anything. However, deep down we all know he does. Kiara is a shy girl and very quiet until she decides it time for a change. So when they both meet, their worlds are turned upside down. And Kiara starts to come out her shell. The attraction between the two of them is clear very early on even though they aren't admitting it. There is a raw connection with them that sucks you into their world and leave you wanting more and more. Aside from Carlos and Kiara, there was a few other characters that I liked but one that was just cute that I couldn't help smiling whenever he appear. Brandon, Kiara's little brother. He was just adorable. And they way Carlos was around Brandon when they were playing just melted my heart. Alex and Brittany are also in this story, However, not as much as it Carlos and Kiaras story. I would have liked to see a bit more of them though. The story line itself was fantastic. It was wonderful, beautiful and I have to say very funny. Rules of Attraction is better than Perfect Chemistry just because Simone has created banter between Carlos and Kiara that just seems effortless. Its Perfect. I now can't wait till Chain Reactions comes out and seeing whats in story for the youngest Fuentes brother.

MY FAVOURITE BOOK THIS YEAR. BRILLIANTS. <#33333
