while the consent was dubious most times (even for a mafia) it had me laughing at parts and enjoyed the characters more than book 2 in this series

the way he calls her ✨ mama ✨ though i don't really appreciate him impregnat-trapping her, he did provide her the happiness she deserves (after the shit he pulled, he owed her that, for sure). val is a soft patootie, i'm on my knees when i discovered that she's a sniper! SECRETLY! that's really hot of her fr.. i love everything about her, except her thoughts about being the 'side' siblings. it's a miscommunication but and understandable one. doesn't make me love her less.
