Madeline Wickham's books are very different than her books written as Sophia Kinsella, but I still enjoyed this one. 
Two families are stuck sharing a house together on holiday in Spain, but the arrangement isn't as accidental as it may seem. I didn't like the character Hugh. He doesn't seem to have much of a backbone. And I think Jenna the nanny deserves her own book (but a Sophia Kinsella one).

I really enjoyed reading this, which surprised me. I have read so many Wickham reviews that mostly boiled down to "if you are a Sophie Kinsella fan then you will not enjoy this book." So color me surprised when I found myself completely engrossed and enjoying the book!

If you are looking for a deep, heavy book then please do not pick this one up. This is what I classify as a beach read with a bit more weight to it. I could easily see this being made into a Lifetime movie. I say to the Sophie Kinsella fans - try this one out but please keep an open mind and don't expect the same Kinsella writing style!
