I would have enjoyed all of this had it not been for that one detail that ruined the rest of my reading experience. (view spoiler)[So here's what happened. This may or may not be constituted as a spoiler but I'm marking it as such, anyway. On Midnight at Tiffany's, here's what happened: Tonight: - Chase Adams event - Matilda got fired - Matilda and Chase met Two weeks (or maybe it was three, I'm not sure; but either way, it was a few weeks after) after: - Matilda and Chase got together again - Matilda told Chase that she was a waiter who got fired Then we have this book, and this was their time line: The "other night": Excerpt: “He was at the Adams event the other night.” - Chase Adams event - Matilda got fired - Matilda and Chase met Today: - Paige, Eva, and Frankie got fired, apparently because the company they were working for lost the Adams business Then somewhere along the story, it was revealed that Chase Adams let go of the events company (where Paige and the rest of them were fired from) because he found out that they fired Matilda and he was pissed off at them. Going back to the first book, Chase finding out supposedly happened a few weeks after. But in this book, the event was just "the other night". I know that Americans (or Western people, I don't know) have a fondness for saying "see you later" when they meant next week (not really the definition of "later") or saying the other night when they meant two or three weeks ago but it was just annoying to me. And that tiny, very minute detail ruined it for me cause I'm very anal when it comes to details. (hide spoiler)] But whatever, this was still a pretty good story (albeit a tad unrealistic) in spite of that.

It was enjoyable enough, though I felt it moved a bit slowly (there's no way this story needed to be this length). I also didn't feel a whole lot of chemistry between Paige and Jake.

Thank you to Netgallary and the publisher in allowing me read a copy of this ebook. Absolutely loved the story, have read quite a lot of Sarah Morgan's book and they just get better and better. Loved the storyline, setting. Just perfect!

Sarah Morgan has wrote another fantastic addicting romance series, From Manhattan with Love. It is three close best friends finding their way in Manhattan and their love too. The first one in the From Manhattan with Love series is Paige Walker. Paige Walker is a beautiful women that she has no trouble with guys excerpt for one. But she is fully determined to set her career on the path since she had been fired from her job and the same as her best friends too. They are determined to start their own company which will be challenging for them but they can make it work especially since Paige is determine to make it work. Paige is a control freak that she wants everything organize to the details but she is having trouble in managing the new business venture that she is unwilling getting help from her best friend brother (and ex-crush), Jake Romano. Jake Romano is sexy successful businesses man that he knows what he wants and not want. And he is definitely want Paige but it is certainly off limits for him to date her since she is his best friend sister. But he is strong enough to avoid his attraction but it will become harder since he will help Paige with her new business. He definitely struggle to work with her from the beginning but he gets to her more that he is even more attract to her. Their relationship was strictly friendship between them since they will both work with each other but the lines will get blur between them that their relationship takes to a new level. As they relationship takes a new level, they begin to care for each other that they struggle with their feelings. It will become hard for them because they are both frighten to confess their feelings. It is definitely understandable for them to be frighten but love is worth the risk if they willing to do it. Sleepless in Manhattan is the perfect romance read that you will love every minute of it. It has so much romance that you will fall in love with the character. Plus, there is cute funny moments that makes you laugh so much! Five Stars.
