Snow White by Matt Phelan is a simple retelling of this well-known fairy tale in the 1920s. My favourite part of this book is that street kids took the place of the dwarves. They were tough and full of personality! (Instead of goofy or weird) The art is gorgeous, and the narrative is elegantly simple and great for readers of all-ages!

A beautifully done graphic novel retelling of Snow White. It's set in the early 1900s, presumably right after the stock market crash. The story is obviously very similar to the original, but it has a nice twist being that the time and place are different. The pictures are really pretty, they almost appear to be sketch and water color! I really enjoyed this quick read!

Fastest read ever! Took me all of 20 min and it was a cute retelling of Snow White. Got straight to the point, hit all the essentials and was super cute. Minimal words but the graphics were pretty. Nice super quick read!
