The Wedding Setup is a heavier and more emotional story than I have ever expected given it was such a short novella. I enjoyed the whole premise and I was Impressed given its length that it leaves an impact. It's no wonder the author has been well-known for her beautifully written books and those awards and recognition she deserves. Honestly, I loved this character-driven book that focuses on Ayesha's struggles of proving and changing. I loved the "I-never-stopped-loving-you-after-all-these-years" trope romance, it's a great balance of heartwarming and emotional second-chance romance about Ayesha and Emmitt. Overall, I enjoyed and I am impressed by the premise. I would recommend this book to anyone in search of short, fast-paced, and emotional second chance romance!
