Finished in just a few hours. 
This book was amazing. I was not expecting it to be that good. There was so much spice and humor. 
I can’t even tell you how many times I laughed. Sadie was so funny with her witty come backs. 
Personally it was a one handed book. 🥵🥵😍😍

Welp. That was definitely the darkest book I've read all year. Don't get me wrong, I fully anticipated as much based on the descriptions of people who convinced me to read it and yet... it still took me by surprise lmao.

I wanted to venture out of my reading comfort zone and into something a little darker in the spirit of October and I sure as hell accomplished that! Will I read another book like this? Sure, but not any time soon.

I realized I am much too soft for these types of relationships and I need the romance and all the cuteness. Kudos to Sadie for being a tough ass bitch tho. Ya girl could never.

Regardless, I thought it was written well and thought the storyline was interesting. Very quick read, too!

Okay so this book was really great, i’ve read books by the author before and enjoyed them. 
That being said, the relationship wasnt my favourite. Even considering that, I won’t give it less than five stars because it wasn’t a bad relationship, it was truly an enemies to lovers (or enemies as lovers) story. For me, i prefer having the type of kinks in this book present in a relationship where i’m not questioning whether one of the main character even likes the heroine. I felt like there was not enough give in Vandal, constantly being on Sadie’s back, and including the rough sex, i found it difficult to read almost. I’d prefer rough sex with a clearly loving relationship (Zero and Sadies relationship was very loving, it was mainly the relationships that included Vandal that felt unclear). I understand the trauma behind Vandal and stuff, but it just wasn’t quite for me. Even though it wasn’t for me, the book was really great and I would definitely recommend it if this type of book is your thing!
