The actual mechanics of who committed the crime were pretty obvious, bringing the total list of suspects to under a half dozen. That said, there was good flow to the story and how the clues were discovered. There wasn't unnecessary filler but still enough food and business talk to keep things interesting.

           3.5/ 3.6 I rlly enjoyed the bridezilla aspect and i liked the "rivalry" between Mel and Olivia. I found the friendships adorable. I also loved Joe. ( need i say more) After reading the sequel, I realised that Tate and Mel's chemistry actually was kinda ditched but idk how I feel abt angie and tate. I know this is a common critique but I ALSO guessed who the murderer was. It did not effect my enjoyment whilst reading tho. One of my first cosy mysteries, fast paced, easy to get into and fun. I totally was hooked
