Stayed up until 4:30 am cause I couldn’t put this down. This was fun enough that I didn’t even mind the few moments of cheesy dialogue, anything that I might feel was cringey in another story felt perfectly dramatic and in character for Lana. I’m unfortunately not going to shut up about this one for a while.

wow wow wow. imagine if the shows Dexter and Criminal Minds were merged but with a lot more spice 😍

I’m a big fan of dark romance and this was DARK. I genuinely didn’t expect this from this series and I was so pleasantly surprised by it. I read all five books in the space of 24 hours… it was that good. 

the spice to plot ratio was perfect. there was a solid storyline plussss lots of 😏 to enjoy. I loved every second of this series. I’m definitely going to need the physical copies of these books for my favourites shelf.

Overall it were nice reads. It felt a little too unrealistic (not that it is a bad thing) and I wanted some more angst between the main characters. 
Still, would recommend.

One of the best thriller series on KU. I was so sad to hear that the author passed away. They were absolutely amazing at writing dark romance.


I love this series and I will probably put this on my yearly re-read list!
