It is very difficult to find a book that could hook you up with that first line or prologue. As bookworm, I have read a bunch of books before that made me a bit picky with books now, A Summer to Remember promised me a good story ahead. The writing style is great for it gives a hint of the past from this story to make you long for more…
The POV is in third person that is why it is way easier to understand. Every single thing is vividly described and the sequence of happenings are on point.
i felt the connection with the characters Clancy, Aaron and for almost every person in this novel. Clancy is a beautiful lady who is broken from her life in London trying to escape the miserable life she recently have. Relationship totally complicated and homeless. She found a life somewhere but the terrible past is still chasing after her. Her character will definitely explain we are somehow describe with the bad decisions we had in the past or awful things or friends and family had done before.
Aaron, a very good looking lad who value family so much. I have nothing to say about his love for his brother Lee. I salute him for all the efforts he have done for Lee. His spirit is wild, he is not that afraid to tale chances, changes for the things he love.
You will fall in love with most of the characters in this book and of course hate some of them. There are lot of characters with different stories to note about, a lot of lessons to learn.
The whole story is beyond beautiful; it is about self-love, forgiveness and new chances.
I just love Harry and Rory for being strong and brave about theirselves and their sexuality.
and Jordy, I never felt so affected how much he care about how would the world react about his son’s situation. I felt so touch on that part and cried.
The ending is really satisfying, it’s a different type of happy-ending story that will make you cry…

This was such a cute summer read. I love books like this - usually by the end of them I want to move to wherever they are set and start my own little business and this was no exception. Norfolk is next on my list and of course a holiday cottage business sounds perfect. 

I enjoyed the characters in this book and felt like the plot points were believable. I didn't have a hard time falling into the rhythm of this book and manged to finish it in two sittings - it was near impossible to put down. This was my first Sue Moorcroft book and it definitely will not be my last.
