A very quick read and the writing was easy to get through. The mystery of the book was intriguing enough that I couldn't put it down. Which is probably why I ended up reading it in one day, which is rare for me.

The book itself was filled with anticipation of what's going to happen next, although I did find it a little predictable at times. But I still enjoyed it and will probably be checking out Susan's other works!

The only real issue I had with this book is that the main character, Katie, was super flat and didn't seem to have much of a personality for most of the book. She got better towards the end, but I honestly had more fun reading from Tessa's and Mark's point of views, than hers. I would of been fine without Katie's perspective, tbh.
