Might be an interesting book if you don't know the story of Anastasia. But other than that, the story literally tosses in an extra character in the real life of Anastasia, whom you only even see emerge in the actual story of Anastasia a handlefull of times. And even with this added element, you don't see the alternate ending to one of the greatest mysteries of the Romanov family. The book stops right before the very event (Anastasia's miraculous rescue) that you read the entire book to find out about. Bummer? yes . . .
