The vast majority was written by an ENT doctor. With only the shortest bits written by Swami Rama. The majority of the pranayama teaching was so light that a feather could weigh it down. This book is a disappointment if you have read James Nestor's Breath. I wouldn't give this book your time. It has some good points about apnea and modifying the nasal breathing passages medically, but to me this information is not useful, and as I mentioned the book reads like a textbook for a doctor. Disappointing read at best.
