this amount of cuteness in one book should be illegal

OH HEY!!! I finished a book for the first time in forever!!

Granted, it's a very short, very sweet book, but I really enjoyed it!! Perfect for the start of the holiday season, I related so so much to Abbie and I wanted to hug her so bad, and Will was just... what a man, y'all. I might or might not be on the lookout for more holiday-themed romances now 👀

10/10, flawless execution of the ol' favorite friends-to-lovers trope, with bonus adorableness and holiday cheer; Talia Hibbert strikes again.

“Because I have. I’ve loved you every second we’ve spent apart and every week we’ve spent together. I love you when you’re hurting, and I love you when you’re careful, and I love you when you’re not sure if it’s safe to love me back. I know you can’t help worrying, but I wish I’d told you from the fucking start that—that there’s nothing you can do to make me stop. I’m tried and tested, Abbie. I’ve been halfway around the world, loving you. I’ve been an usher at your fucking wedding, loving you.” He laughed, sounding genuinely disbelieving. “I literally cannot stop. And I should’ve told you before, because if there’s anything I can do to make you feel even the tiniest bit safer, I want to do that. I do. So I’m sorry. And that’s everything. That’s all.”

God how I missed Talia Hibbert's writing so much!! Even tho this was too short (and one of the cutest and beautiful christmas novella idc) it didn't disappoint one bit and I'm so happy I read it!! Abbie is so damn strong, I fell in love with her so quickly but the truth is William is the one who truly stole my heart ugh that man is everything, where can I get myself a William? Please the way he always loved her and care for her, I'm getting emotional just thinking about it!! They deserved a bigger book but god it was everything and loved it so so much!
Thank you Talia for this and Will and Abbie stole my precious heart with such a short book and tbh I don't even care, take it and take care of him for me!!

No thoughts really. Friends to lovers still superior.

This was quite delightful. I'd have liked it to be longer. But I had a really good time. I laughed quite a bit which is rare.

Short, sweet, and to the point. Don't really know how else to rate it or what to say about it. If you like Talia Hibbert's writing, and Christmas, check this one out.

“It doesn’t matter to me if you have things to work on. I told you last night, and I’ll tell you today, and I’ll tell you tomorrow: if you’re scared, Abbie, I just want to hold your hand.”

they’re the cutest ❤️😭
