The way three distinct character stories are interwoven into one is intriguing

I've got mixed feelings. I didn't hate it but this never really felt like it was about Adria and Riaz. It was their book and their romance but they seemed to take a secondary role to moving forward the plot in regards to the Psy's internal power struggles and with so many other significant characters from past and future books getting so much time and focus throughout.

At first read I didn't really like this one. However, on the second read it improved for me.
