This could have been a 3 star rating for me....but the editing is horrible. I don't mind a few mistakes, but there were errors and holes that were so obviously overlooked that it really started to annoy me. And they carried on from beginning to end.

The story was cute, but not nothing original....smart law student meets bad boy rocker. No surprises, no twists. It is what it is.

I hated Erin with a passion. She was a self centered and judgmental not to mention cold individual. Oh and whiny....REALLY whiny. Loch however was delicious. How he shacked up with Erin is beyond me. Loch could have done soooo much better.

I really wanted to like this one, but it just wasn't it for me..

I liked the premise of this book, 2 people renting the same apartment, her being the innocent girl from next door and him being the bad boy Rockstar. Even if it's totally cliche, I still love those kind of stories. :D

I really couldn't connect with the main fimale character Erin. She was just so frustrating. She always changed her mind and she would

 if something didn't go her way. I mean seriously?! 
Lochlan on the other hand I actually really liked. Well exept for one thing (view spoiler)[when he tells Erin that she should leave. I was like.. WTF?! She finally commited to you and now you are the one running away? (hide spoiler)]

What I also didn't like that much, how fast it seemed those to felt more than that attraction. The first chapter it was like "omg, I hate you so much, I could never live with you" the next chapter Erin already felt the attraction and in the next they kind of loved each other. It just felt way to rushed for me. I think there was some time inbetween, but I missed the conversations and the things they did so they got closer. But I couldn't give this more than

When they had their moments, they could be really cute together. I loved how Loch always cared for his princess and also this nickname he gave her. I really don't like it, when they are just called "baby", "babe" or "darling". I'd rather like it, if it has a meaning to it, even if it's just a really dumb one, but then it's just more personal.

So, if you are looking for a deep read, with a strong main character then this won't be it for you. But if you are just looking for a light-hearted read, then you can pick it up. It's not bad, but it was by far not my favorite read.
