this is SO FUNNY and cute uwu

3.5 stars If you like Alice Clayton books then I think you will enjoy Seduction and Snacks. Gavin ... Claire and Carter's son is a total scene stealer. I loved the book. I thought it had great humor. Yes, it was juvenile humor at times but that appeals to me. Seduction and Snacks is how a one night cherry popping experience turned Claire into being a baby mama and baby daddy could not be found. Blame the alcohol. Lots and lots of alcohol. Eventually fate steps in and the two are reunited and what happens next is a comedy of errors and happy endings. Seduction and Snacks a light hearted fun filled read that will have you lulzing.

Great read I loved everything about this book, the friendships, the family, the love, and that kids foul mouth mishaps!! Laughed so much

I'm genuinely torn in my ratings because it was decent but ugh idk maybe audiobooks make just are not for me? I fall asleep while listening to it. People tell me your secrets to understanding audiobooks. Anyways I'll give it 3 just because I feel bad.

I decided on a re read, as I had picked up the first 2 in the series about the children from this one. This time around, did I find it a bit more over the top, silly, and a bit too...erm, try hard in places? I think so. However, it is still funny, and there was not one character I did not enjoy reading about or love. It is a great, pure fun read, no huge drama, just a funny cute story about a couple finding each other again, surrounded by their quite possibly insane friends. As long as you do not think to hard about it, try not to get offended at some of the "opinions" about what happens to a woman's body after child birth (I have had 2 children, it was a bit much!!!) and just ignore the over the top daft bits, or take them as they were meant to be taken - ie, not at all seriously, then it is really enjoyable. But, if you are easily offended by foul language and lots of alcohol consumption, do not read this book. Would I have rated it as high if I was reading it as a new to me book now? Not sure. I still enjoyed it, it made me laugh still, although not the laugh out loud moments of the first read, but then I knew what was coming. So rating still stands for as I said, being the first book to ever make me cry laughing, and nearly break my nose at the time, as I dropped my kindle on my face a few times.

This was so cringey to read. The humor sadly wasn't for me and the pacing was way too slow. It took nearly a third of the book for the heroine to tell the hero she had a kid with him during their one-night-stand years ago. The MCs would ramble on and on without really doing... anything. And the cussing 4 year old who constantly talked about sex??? I just couldn't. It was too over the top and I made it about halfway before I skimmed the rest.
