I absolutely adored this story; the main and secondary characters, the storyline, everything about this book was simply amazing. I adored Diego; he was a badass, sweet, wonderful man. There was not one thing I did not like about this man. He was charming and gentle, and downright sweet. I loved how he was towards Nathan, how he was the male role model that Nathan needed in his life. And speaking of Nathan, he was a sweet little guy. This little lad stole my heart. I felt so sorry for Harper, for everything she had to go through. She had it tough, but she survived, pulled herself out of where she came from, and made something of herself for her son. She was inspirational and her love and protection towards her son was amazing. Overall, this book was a sweet read. I cannot wait for the next book in the series.
