i need these authors to start selling movie rights like what are we doing here

I absolutely loved this book. Hockey is my weakness for one, so I was already obsessed before I started, but Harper and Collin made me love this book so much. Theyβre a great couple, I loved their jokes and their journey together. The writing was super good; I loved the flow and the storyline was not too detailed or boring. The plot was super interesting and read a great story throughout. I almost cried at the recording scene. Collin is such a sweetheart. I LOVE when the guy falls first (they kind of both fell together but he realized and said it first). I wish I could read this again for the first time. Definitely continuing the Carolina Comets series, moving onto Blind Pass right now!

The superior trope when guy falls first >>>> Absolutely enjoyed reading this. Whole being insecure about falling in love after only witnessing lies in relationships cuts deep and hits way too close to home. And very much excited to read the next one as I found myself relating to Ryan a bit too much. Rooted for her and Rhodes since they first interacted. π₯°

entirely too cute Harper and Ryanβs friendship was a godsend in this book as well as Lowell and Rhodes, it was really refreshing to see a good set up for the second book that gets you intrigued to other characters, without shoving them down your throat. If I had to change anything I despise text or email passages in books and wouldβve preferred less of it, but the rest of the book kept a perma-smile on my face

4.5 stars this was pretty damn cute and had just enough angsty-ness, and I really loved that Teagan knew what she was talking about when she was writing the hockey scenes π₯²

Arc provided by Teagan Hunter 4.5β βI didn't mean to fall. You were just supposed to be a distraction, something to keep my mind off the game. And it worked, maybe a little too well. I justβ¦I love you. So much.β Puck Shy is the first book in Teagan Hunter's new series Carolina Comets. This book follows Collin and Harper. Collin is a well-known NHL hockey player and Harper is an artist. They meet when Collin is stranded in the middle of nowhere and she stopped and ends up offering him a ride. After dropping him off, neither of them thought they would meet again and felt stupid for not asking each other for their numbers. I loved this book from the begging to the end. I absolutely adore Teagan's writing style. She writes amazing characters and stories. This book made me laugh out loud, which doesn't happen were often but Teagan's books seem to be able to make me do that. I can't wait for the second book to come out and see which character that one will be about. If you enjoy sport romance books or enjoy Teagan's writing style oI highly recommend giving this one a try!
