While this is targeted for software-based companies, this is insightful for almost anyone who works in an organization and has observed inefficiencies. 

One particular line I like is in valuing the feedback from the front-line or lower-level workers (as an engineer in a large organization, I feel both low and in the middle):

But the writing is just too verbose.
