The start of this book was great- I got really sucked in but by the end not enough of the secrets about the game were being revealed and the story stalled. The abrupt unexplained ending is clearly a hook to jump into the second book, which I plan on doing. Given the book is free, definitely worth a read. Once I'm deeper in the series, I may revise my rating up.
