I absolutely loved it!! Super suspenseful and a time period I haven’t thought much about. I would definitely recommend. One thing to note that I wasn’t super thrilled about was the continual mentioning of “listening to your heart.” I am pretty sure Afshar meant listening to what God was telling them but still that phrase is used a lot in our culture not meaning that. So I wasn’t so I was just a bit thrown off. But STILL it was a fantastic book!
