I hardly ever read scifi, it’s a genre I want to explore more. This was such a pleasant surprise! I read this on my trip to the mountains a few weeks ago and the ambiance was just right since it’s based in Colorado! I loved the main character and the way the author maintained the connection with the mom thru a playlist. The amount of detail and history in the story was luring, aliens are something we tend to get curious about and this story put my brain to work with all those conspiracies. It was interesting to see how this story evolved. I enjoyed the pace of the story and the engagement of the characters to build the plot. It was one of those reads that I can say let’s you follow with ease.
