As usual, Kennedy Fox wrote a book I adored! This is the next installment in the Love in Isolation series of standalones. You don’t need to have read The Two of Us, but if you have, you’ll be happy to have a little update on the main characters! 
I really liked Kendall and how she owned who she was and didn’t let Ryan put her down. I like that she stood up for herself. And I loved Ryan too. Seeing him deal with his trauma from the pandemic and also him growing in his views of Kendall. I loved how their relationship played out. And would it be a KF book if there wasn’t some drama? Of course not! But the dramatic moments still felt realistic and not overdone. And of course we get some HEAT! And the HEA we all love. 
Overall this was really good, and I’m definitely looking forward to the next one!!
