The Complete Wheel of Time
Reviews

I mean what’s one to say? This anthology is no easy feat. I’ve written on the feeling of finishing a truly well composed fantasy saga. Well if you’ve got the gall to take on this series, and i mean truly just commit to it, then you probably already know what i’m talking about.
I woke this morning with the feeling that something was missing. Akin to the feeling of the weeks post the loss of a dog or familiar pet. The presence a constant escape or withdraw from daily monotony.
A year and a half. Lives change in that time. Mine certainly did. The only constant in that time was the character development and interaction that I escaped too almost daily. The emotion that comes to mind at this moment is one of gratitude and appreciation. It’s something that most people won’t understand, and few will commit hard enough to obtain. A thing cannot be done for the first time again. It was beautiful, it was challenging, it came and it has passed.
As per the book, how could i recommend this to someone?? I simply wouldn’t. If you’re the type to be drawn into such a saga, i salute you, i envy you, and i wish you good luck. Enjoy the ride.
Sanderson closed story. Wove the wheel. Completed the arcs. No disappointment, no let down, no surprises. Jordan would be proud.
I don’t know where the fantasy journey will carry me next, for now i’ll pull my head from the clouds and read what the masses do. When again i stumble upon the beauty of a truly great world creator, I will let you know.

I read the entire series in one go. I could not put it down. The beginning is easy to follow, but as the series progresses, the number of factions and countries involved makes it a tangled web of plots that are challenging and exciting to fall into.
