Je ne pensais pas que c’était possible de surpasser le tome 1, et pourtant c’est le cas : j’ai encore plus appréciée ce tome 2 ! J’ai hâte de lire le troisième et dernier tome qui conclura cette épopée…j’ai à la fois très peur et très envie ! Cette saga est un énorme coup de cœur !

I fucked up. I have to wait until AUGUST! AUGUST! For the next book!!?? What am I going to do!!!! This series is slept on and these audiobooks are fantastic. I love Tash and I love Katherine and I love literally every protagonist in this book! This one left off on more rocky terrain WHICH IS WHY IM EXTRA MAD THE THIRD ONE ISN’T OUT YET LIKE I STUPIDLY THOUGHT IT WAS! But wow is it good. I feel like the first one was a sweet perfect wonderful treat and this one was the blockbuster you go to see after dessert. ...maybe other people have dessert after the movies but in my opinion that’s when you get a giant delicious fast food dinner on the way home and I have a feeling that is what the last book is going to serve me!! I am very excited. Please read this series.

I loved the first book but I found this one fizzled out. I was so interested in the actual demon world and found it a shame so much of the story was set in the human world!

I have to say I didn't enjoy this quite as much as I did the first book but it was still good. I especially love 3 characters who all managed to break my heart - especially considering how cliffhangery it got at the end! One character did annoy me a lot and meant I didn't particularly like it when their chapters came up but other than that I enjoyed the story. It definitely felt quite filler-y but then the middle books in trilogies tend to I have found.
