I liked everything about this book except the Wesley dude. He kinda just gave the book a weird vibe. But also I loved how Bodeen used today's every day things like iPhones and The Walking Dead. A lot of authors like to make up things i.e. " theres a craze now for this show called the living dead " like, we ALL now what you're talking about sooo just say the walking dead if you know what I mean. Like in Lost in Hollywood the girl was always on SnappyPic, her social media app. It's like the authors are scared of their books going out of date. I mean, if you relate something fake to something real (ex SnappyPic to SnapChat) then it's going out of date anyways bc it's basically the same thing but it makes your book look cheesy.... idk
