ABSOLUTELY LOVED!!!! This series is so good, historical romance is definitely my favorite thing to read!! The romance, the forbidden moments alone, secret touches, and chaste kisses in parlors…it’s EVERYTHING!!!!

First, I love this cover if more HR books went with this style I would be more likely to check it out. It's simple but the red dress just catches your eye. This was a great romance easy to read and get into. Violet and Christian were great together it wasn't until they were on the road playing married that was by far the best time. Also, when something happens and Violet gets injured it's one of my favourite things when the guy takes care of her and won't leave her side because he realizes he can't be without her. There was only one bed and forced proximity topes which always im are a good time. I think because there are a lot of traveling adventures and our couple is not in one place too long it really makes for the perfect pacing. This was a pretty fun read however it didn't wow me like a few of the others I've read lately. I would likely read more from this author and this series.

These books might just be one of my new favorite historical romance series!

I loved this second installment and absolutely could not get enough of the chemistry and scheming between these characters. And of course, best of all: FORCED PROXIMITY!

This one had a nice, slower burn to it and totally paid off in the end. I cannot recommend these enough and am excited for what’s next!
