I haven't enjoyed a book like that in a long time, so this feels great. I'm even writing a review, ha! I totally agree with some of the reviews I have read about the fact that this story really isn't predictable. It took me a few 100 pages to be able to tell whether I liked or TRULY liked it. And, in the end, I more than TRULY liked it. It was interestingly well paced. I thought the emotions and reactions were genuine - definitely not over the top, which is surprising for a YA *cough* and especially knowing what happens for the main characters. It was pretty intense, and I thought the ending was pretty satisfying. I did not cringe, rolled my eyes, was intensely annoyed with the main character or sighed at any time... My, my. It was - it IS - indeed a great book in my opinion! This gives me faith in YA again. Can I read more books like this one?

This book had me procrastinating A LOT just so I could read the next chapter, and the next, and the next, until I reached the end. I feel like I took part in such a crazy and fun journey from the comfort of my apartment. It's been a while since I last shelved a book in my favorites, but this one deserves it - hands down. [a longer review will probably come... at some point...]
