** spoiler alert **
           i’ve read few of Sidney Sheldon books, but this is just different. first, it was sci-fi (alien attack), then it was mystery (the assassinations). i caught the fact that he was going to be assassinated too when they started killing the witnesses, and i was right. 

i liked the protagonist and I was able to empathize a lot with him, the story caught me from start to finish, it was very entertaining and most of the time, but it was quite predictable. 

it was a fast paced book and although the subject of governments can be heavy, the writer made it very entertaining.

the end felt very rushed and easy as if taken out of my sleeve.
